How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your parcel is passed on to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email or text, which will allow you to track the progress of your order. You can also find the tracking number in your Space > My Orders > View my order > Dispatch

If your order has been dispatched and you still have not received any tracking information, get in touch with our customer service team by filling the form on the “Contact us” page of the website.
