What should I do if the items / packaging are damaged?

If you reckon that a product has been damaged during transportation and is not in perfect condition, contact our customer service team by filling the form on the “Contact us” page. Please attach the following elements:

  • A photo of the parcel with a legible transport label
  • A photo of the delivery note
  • A photo of the packaging (bubble wrap, plastic film…)
  • Photos showing the condition of the product
