You can cancel the entire order or part of the order within 14 days starting from the date on which the order is received. To do so, submit the request to the customer support by filling the form return/refunds

Please note that the bottles must be returned untouched (unopen) in their initial package and in a parcel solid enough to be transported safely. The return voucher must be filled and included in the parcel.

You will be refunded the amount of the order within 14 days starting from the date on which the order is received in our warehouse.
