Why am I asked for my ID and a proof of address ?
After validating your order, our customer care service may contact you and ask you for an ID and a proof of address to validate your order. Your order will be "on hold" during this time.
It is a precautionary measure to prevent fraud and identity theft and guarantee the reliability of the transaction.
The customer service will let you between 10 and 15 days to send these documents. After this time, they will cancel your order.
Your documents will note be used for other purposes and will not be kept.
